Aurinkoinen ja monimuotoinen tontti 0,8235 ha:n oma tontti sijaitsee rauhallisella metsäisellä kalliolla pellon laidassa. Tie perille on hyväkuntoinen. Kiinteistöllä on oikeus vesialueisiin ja venepaikkaan. Kuntotarkastettu ja huollettu Kohteessa on tehty kuntotarkastus (2024), ja maalämpöpumppu on uusittu vuonna 2025.
