Sp-Koti is a nationwide franchised real estate chain belonging to the Savings Banks Group(You will switch to another service).
Tasks of the Sp-Koti´s central unit
The task of Sp-Koti’s central unit is to manage and develop the operations, concept and brand of the Sp-Koti chain.
In addition, the tasks of the central unit include:
- recruiting new Sp-Koti entrepreneurs
- helping Sp-Koti entrepreneurs to recruit real estate agents
- training Sp-Koti entrepreneurs and organising training opportunities for those working in Sp-Koti companies
- developing the operational cooperation of the entire Sp-Koti chain
- developing, monitoring and steering the implementation of the Savings Bank cooperation
- organising support functions and services for companies in the chain
- maintaining and developing chain documentation and tools and
- maintaining and building the Sp-Koti brand.
Our office is located in the Savings Bank Centre in Vallila, Helsinki, at Teollisuuskatu 33 00510 Helsinki.
Sp-Koti’s central unit is responsible for fulfilling Sp-Koti’s customer promise throughout the chain and for developing Sp-Koti’s brand.
