Lisäeristystarpeen aiheutti rakennusvaiheessa tehty virhe, joka korjattiin yhtiön Seinäjokiselta Heikin Rakennuspalvelu Ky:ltä tilaaman vika- ja korjausselvityksen mukaisesti. Korjaustyön suoritti Rakennus Udelius Oy, Ilmajoki. Kustannuksista vastasi rakentajat. - Yhtiön asuntojen takaterassien valokatteiden rakentaminen keväällä 2014. Rakentaminen suoritettiin yhteisenä kökkätyönä osakkaiden toimesta. - Taloyhtiön autokatospäädyn raja-aidan peruskorjaus ja maalaus elokuussa 2020. Työ suoritettiin kökkätyönä osakkaiden toimesta. - Ilmastointiputsaus koko taloyhtiössä syksyllä 2020. Työn suoritti Pohjanmaan Ilmastointipuhdistus. Työ piti sisällään ilmastointikanavien putsauksen, säädön sekä ilmastointikoneiden tarkistuksen ja putsauksen. Puhdistuspöytäkirja on päivätty 13.11.2020.
