Talon lämmitysjärjestelmä on päivitetty energiatehokkaaseen maalämpöön vuonna 2018, mikä tuo asumiseen mukavuutta ja säästöjä. Talossa on keskuspölynimuri. Ulkomaalaus on uusittu vuonna 2018, ja etelänpuoleiset olohuoneen ikkunat on vaihdettu vuonna 2019. Kiinteistöön kuuluu autotalli isolla varastolla sekä kahden auton autokatos isolla päätyvarastolla.
